Although I am definitely satisfied overall I did find being passed from one member of staff to another a bit tedious. However I do appreciate each has their own specialist area and it has to be that way.

I was more than satisfied with my experience at Elms Cambridge my courtesy car had been pre booked, the details of the MOT, full valet service and details relating to the service periods were all fully explained by extremely professional staff.

Booked in re recall.Told it would take 2 hours and I could wait. On arrival told it would take approx 6 hours Journey to 46 miles round trip so not an option to return home. Recall letter also states work will take 2 hours. Very unsatisfactory.

The visit was for a winter summer tyre swap. Despite being told that my summer tyres were at the dealer they weren't again . I was given a courtesy car and mine bought to my work later which was fine but it would have nice to be right first time.

I was told a brake fluid service was needed. This was carried out, but some weeks later I was to discover your mechanic had failed to tighten the nuts and the car was leaking brake fluid. This incompetence could have killed me.
